Does Raq.com make membership or accreditation decisions?
No. It calculates configured checks, organises evidence and can draft a cited summary. An authorised person records every material decision and its reasons.
What counts as an active person?
A person with an active membership, application, CPD cycle, accreditation, event registration or portal relationship during the billing period. Archived duplicates and deleted records do not count.
Can members update their own details?
Yes. The member portal covers contact details, preferences, invoices, payments, CPD, applications, credentials and events. Sensitive changes can require staff approval.
Can we publish more than one register?
Yes. Create separate registers for members, fellows, accredited providers, courses or sites. Each register controls its fields, rules, filters and publication dates.
Can restricted casework be hidden from ordinary administrators?
Yes. Conduct cases require a permitted role plus a case assignment. Conflict declarations, access grants and record views are logged.
Do the prices include other Raq.com tools?
Yes. The edition includes CRM, forms, e-sign, file requests, help desk, automations, document tools, tasks and team communication. Usage-based services show their cost before use.
Can we use annual billing?
